Unopened products
Unopened, unused products may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Email hello@faelo.co with your order number to start a return.
Opened supplements and skincare
For safety and hygiene, opened supplements and skincare products can't be returned. If a product arrived damaged, defective, or wasn't a fit for you, contact us within 30 days — we handle these case by case and often just make it right without requiring a return shipment.
Subscriptions
Subscriptions can be paused, modified, or cancelled anytime from your account before your next order processes. No cancellation fees, no phone calls required.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
